That, I don't know. I know the tea is gross. so capsule is how I can take it. I'm sure the health food store has tea. This stuff is a weed in your yard, if you know how to process it, do the tea.

It probably grows right in your yard! The tea will taste like doo doo, so I get the pills-organic. I am a stone thrower, so I take 2000mg/day. I'm still getting stones, but it might break them down so they can pass naturally.
