They include several elements not in other supplements, which a huge positive; however, you may have to supplement Calcium, depending on your diet and situation. Directions say to take one in am and one in pm, which is probably better for absorption, but does increase the cost. I choke when swallowing pills, thus the low score, but these are not bigger than most supplements.
