Potency is not there, I can't speak for everyone, Maybe my body just doesn't benefit from it that well, it takes 3 or 4 at one's to feel anything, I currently drinking about 400mg of coffee up to 600mg, maybe that's why I don't feel it. I don’t know what I am supposed to feel but I haven’t noticed and positives or negatives… maybe it’s just a multi mineral of sorts but it didn’t improve my hair or libido which is what I was hoping for. I’ll keep taking it and try other brands when I run out though…
