EZ Melts B6 as Pyridoxine, 50 mg, Sublingual Vitamins, Vegan, Zero Sugar, Natural Orange Flavor, 60 Fast Dissolve Tablets

My neurologist checked my B6 level due to some neurological issues I was having, like migraines. My B6 was way low. He told me to take 50mg of B6 for a time and then get another set of labs to check if it had gone up. I have absorption issues and have to give myself B12 injections, so I was not sure these would work. They worked VERY well! My B6 went way up. I have now stopped taking them since my levels are restored. They’re very easy to use because they melt quickly and they taste good too. They’re bigger than I thought they’d be but since they melt in your mouth, that’s not an issue. You can overdo B6 so I wouldn’t recommend taking these without knowing your levels first. If you have absorption problems and your levels are low, these are great!

I started taking these with baby #2 in the first trimester around 10 weeks. I was in and out of the ER and had even been admitted to the hospital. I had HG and it was awful. These B6 melts REALLY work. Since I’ve started them, I haven’t felt very nauseous at all and I’m able to EAT and keep it down. The taste is ok, but my taste buds are really off right now lol it does taste like an orange creamsicle flavor which is not pleasing while pregnant.

The tablet is chewable and isn't an overwhelming size. The smell and taste weren't my favorite, but having it be chewable beats having to swallow a horse pill.

Makes it easy to get your daily B6 which helps other nutrients be more effective. The orange flavor reminds me of an orange creamsicle. Very nice.

Disolves easily, doesn't have a crazy taste and was so helpful in relieving morning sickness per advice of my OB.
