Versatile for different cooking methods

This was purchased to replace a lodge cast iron grill & griddle because of the weight and upkeep. I was skeptical that it would not sear well since recommended heat was medium. However it works great! And cleaning is so easy. I have used it for every protein as well as tortillas, toasting garlic bread, French toast and so much more.

Love this pan! I live by myself and this allows me to cook healthy dinners in no time flat. Follow the directions, medium heat and don’t leave it empty on a burner. I’m using it on a glass top stove with zero issues. Cleans up super easy and I wash it by hand and then towel dry. Just bought another one for a gift.
