SEYMAC stock Case for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch, Black

I recently purchased the new 12.8 inch ipad but didn't realise how difficult it would be to use hand-held ... its very thin but pretty large and very difficult to grip properly. Originally I purchased an Apple-Otterman case with built in pen holder ... it didn't make holding it any easier and the slid-out pen holder fell off after a week (£80) so I returned it (... it also was very thin so, not much more than a screen cover really so I'm not sure it would have provided much protection in a fall ... but i didn't drop it so I can't say so for sure).This new Seymac case is totally brilliant ... built in pen holder, sturdy, secure, easy to fit with obvious and substantial padded protection on the corners and edges (... again I haven't actually dropped it yet so can't say for sure ... but if I was a betting man my money would easily be on this case over the apple-otterman case).The buttons all line up and work perfectly, touch-screen works great, very easy to hold with (removable) shoulder strap and rotating rear handle ... it also make the whole ipad a little thicker so is just easier to grip.Very impressed and would highly recommend it for larger ipads.

Amazing product. I am an artist and I got I pad pro so that I can use it for outdoor sketching. But, it's really not safe to carry this in hand and sketch in public. So I got this product which has a hand strap at the back. With the ability to rotate the strap feels of good quality and safe. PERFECT!!!!The rubber part in the corners and back is kind of soft touch rubber material so, it looks good and good friction on grip. It also comes long strap for extra safety.Cons:The stand behind is a bit flimsy. It locks when you open it fully which is fine but to get it off the lock is tricky. And feels like it may break because it starts bending when you put slight pressure to take it off the lock or open it.And personally I don't like the small cover over the charging port. I feels it's a hastle to always open and connect he charging cable. Also feels like gonna come off eventually.

First impressions are pretty good. You get the case a couple of plastic pry tools and a spare plastic frame if you don’t want to use the built in screen protector. This is a well thought out addition as many people will have their own screen protector. The instructions are clear but very basic. Be patient when taking the silicone shell off the frame and don’t pull it. Although it’s sturdy you’ll risk pulling it out of shape which will no doubt be annoying when putting it all back together again. All the ports and buttons line up well. There was a little worry that the volume buttons would be continually pressed but once the silicone is lined up and in place it just rests on them. This means you need to press quite firmly in order to move the volume up and down.This one came with a temporary strap clasped in place so all I did was remove the temporary (small) strap and put the main one. I can imagine this could be annoying if you’re not using it all the time so it would’ve been nice to have somewhere on the cover to store the main strap out of the way. Time will tell on that.I bought this primarily because I wanted a sturdy case that could be used in both portrait and landscape mode. It’s on these two features it doesn’t disappoint. The kickstand on the back rotates 360 degrees with 8 locking positions. You can use the hand strap on the back to turn it. Once you’ve found your ideal position you can pull the kickstand further out and lock it into place. To move it there is a small button on the back which says ‘press’ which allows you to fold it away when not in use.I’ve not used it with a pencil yet but I daresay that it will hold it just fine.If I had any criticisms one of them would be when swiping up. The edge of the case is quite thick and I found myself catching it more than a few times. The strap will be annoying if kept on the case but it’s easy to remove and reattach when needed. The instructions could be a bit clearer as this isn’t your usual press-and-snap-into-place iPad case. It’s also quite thick so my iPad holder may have a problem.I can imagine as most people do, that it will be easy to adapt to these small issues.So far and despite the niggles, the quality at this price point is impressive. Just be patient.

I bought this for my sons iPad, as he’s prone to dropping it. The case itself was easy to assemble with the video that was provided, took me no longer than 5 mins to fit on!The iPad is fully 360 protected and though we’ve not tried dropping it from a significant height, it’s survived being dropped on hard surfaces without to much as a scratch (even to the top and camera!)The back has a space for the pen too, though we don’t use this it’s a great feature to have. The weight is pretty hefty, but it comes with a great strap for carrying which can be adjusted to size which is incredibly helpful for my son to carry (though may be slightly too heavy for toddlers.)It’s easy to clean, especially from sticky children’s handprints and the protector at the front also doesn’t impact sensitivity of the touch screen, nor does the case make pressing the volume and on/off button difficult.The customer service by the seller is also fantastic, as they sent through the assembly video as discussed and it was delivered very quickly.Overall I’d definitely recommend this! 🤩

I’ve had my previous iPad holder for some years but it was made with cloth, cardboard inside.This time I spent a lot of time looking and chasing the correct one for me.This iPad holder was fairly easy to put together. There is a rigid plastic sides with rubber on the edges. This had saves my iPad from breaking because I’ve dropped it a couple of times.There is a plastic stand you pull out and lick in place which is great. You can also move the iPad length ways up and then pull it the stand allowing you to play some apps from the store which need you to move the i[ac upwards.This cover comes with a screen protector and you have the option to use this or just use the plastic cover on its own when putting the item together.I’m very pleased with what I’ve bought. It’s robust and each to use.I am certainly happy to recommend this to anyone wanting to buy a cover thats , solid and protects your iPad from breaking if you drop it on the floor.

I bought this for my 12.9” iPad Pro. The rubber stems to control volume are too long. When pressed, they don’t release the iPad buttons so the volume goes to the extreme high or extreme low (mute). The rubber stem to control the power doesn’t line up right so it doesn’t work when pressed either. I am returning.Save yourself the hassle of having to return it and don’t order to begin with.

The case has thick rubber corners and combined with the plastic case supports the ipad and provides plenty of protection. The rubber buttons that control the volume and switch the screen off work effectively. It was a bit of a wrestle to get it into the case the first time but much easier once you understand how the different parts combine together.I’m not sure this will be effective at keeping dust out so have added a glass screen protector too, so should grit get between the clear sheet and the screen, no harm can be done.First impressions are very good

This case once fitted is very robust and has a solid feel to it. It was not easy to fit and needed strong fingers to secure all the edges. The overall weight of the iPad and case makes it quite heavy. The 360 degree rotation is very useful but the stand would need rubber ends to prevent it from scratching any wooden surface. The stand is also quite narrow and unlike other cases it does not sit easily on your lap with the stand in the open position. The hand held element is also very useful especially when you need to rotate the tablet. The screen protector is a nice addition but I find that the edges of the case and screen protector intrude to the edge of the pad and make it difficult to swipe from the bottom and top of the screen. Overall it has some nice features but I would hesitate to buy it again as it looks and feels a little heavy and it would need some design work to improve the stand and sensitivity around the edges.I bought this item in September 2023 and reviewed it a few days after use. I have updated my rating and review as the plastic retainer to secure the iPad in a standing position has broken. This was highlighted as a potential weakness by another reviewer recentlly. Whilst the case itself is robust it makes the iPad very heavy to hold.It is worth commenting on the excellent customer service I received from the supplier when I contacted them. After sending a picture of the broken part they have no hesitation in sending a replacement and did so very quickly at no cost to me and I did not even have to return the broken case. Good follow up and very helpful.

Preis - Leistung sind gut. Das Cover schützt das iPad sehr gut und das iPad lässt sich damit gut und sicher halten und bedienen. Etwas Abzug muss ich dennoch geben. Das Öffnen und Schließen des Covers zum Herausnehmen des iPad könnte etwas einfacher sein. Schnell Mai einlegen und wieder herausnehmen geht leider nicht, wenn man es eilig hat. Ansonsten alles top 👍🏻

J’ai du installé ma propre protection d'écran car celle qui est fourni avec c’est en plastique. Protège bien mais le support arrière parfois se ferme tout seul en utilisant la tablette.
