Ive tried a few different foot cooling products and these are by far the best. I leave them in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours and they are perfectly cool as the fridge just doesn't seem to get them cool enough. They have really helped with my hot and swollen feet and really comfortable to wear. Just don't try walking in them in case they burst or slide off. The size M the perfect size for me, they are wide for my feet but the length is perfect. I can not fault those product in any way, good quality and very reasonably priced.

Purchased for my husband to use following bunion surgery. He has found it very useful and soothing to use to aid with swelling a few weeks post op. However, he found it a bit tight to be able to use effectively in the first several days post operation, due to the bandages on his foot. We found it was sufficiently cold to use after a few hours in the freezer and the item appears durable and should be good for many uses.

Sufro de fascitis plantar y a veces siento un quemazón muy desagradable, sobretodo en épocas de calor. Estas zapatillas me ayudan mucho, alivian o eliminan esa sensación de quemazón. El frío dura bastante tiempo, la capa de producto que se congela es ancha, son unas zapatillas pesadas. Tienen frío por la parte inferior y superior. Hay que usarlas con calcetines, el frío es intenso y puede ocasionar alguna lesión. Una vez están totalmente congeladas el producto/gel se congela por completo y las zapatillas quedan rígidas. Si sientes quemazón son una estupenda opción, aunque a mi personalmente el frío por la zona superior no me ayuda/agrada porque mi quemazón es estrictamente en la planta del pie
