I've been using this product for the past 4 months, and I'm really happy with its quality and performance. It works exactly as expected, is durable, and offers great value for money. I haven't faced any issues so far. Highly recommended!

Worst shipping service! The box wasn't properly packed, and the product isn't in working condition. I spent over 2 hours trying to inflate the air bed, but it's still not filling up. The air compressor has two holes, but only one is working. There's no closing cap on the air bed. This is the worst product I've seen on Amazon. The returns policy is self-shipping, which is ridiculous. This is my first time facing such an worst issue

I purchased the AmbiTech Anti-Decubitus Anti-Bedsore Air Mattress for my paralyzed mother, and it has been a great relief. The mattress is very comfortable, easy to install, and provides good support by preventing bedsores. The air circulation system works silently and keeps her at ease throughout the day and night.What I liked most is that it is lightweight, easy to clean, and comes with a 1-year replacement warranty, which gives peace of mind. Writing this review after usage of two patients. Used for 1 month continuosly, extremely useful for patients who started to stay at bed. We kept on 24 hrs for 1month. Good and patient sleeps well compared to normal bed. But bed sores may occur even after using it if pateint stays in a single position. Better keep checking for any small bruises and all. Apply oilment using "touch me not plant" which is a natural remedy for drying up bed sores. I would recommend this product if you are thinking of buying.

Didn’t last for even a year.I purchased on 11June 2025 and stopped working in end of May 2926. It should be more reliable.

Product is completely non-functional and not working as expected.I requested a return, but surprisingly, there is no proper return option available—only replacement is being forced. Even worse, I was told to arrange self-courier at my own cost for returning the defective product. This is unacceptable and against basic consumer rights.Why should a customer bear courier charges for a defective product? Also, refund is being made conditional upon their verification after receiving the product, which creates unnecessary delay and inconvenience.This kind of service from a platform like Amazon is highly disappointing. I strongly advise other customers to be cautious before purchasing this product.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum.Very poor experience.
