This pizza pan is coated with non-stick material and build quality is great. My Detroit style pizza turned out fantastic!

Excellant tin for doing deep Detroit styled pizzas I was able to make a quality pizza in my oven at it highest temp which is only 240 degrees Celsius it turned out delicious with a nice crusted edge

Poor quality, will give you one good pizza before the coating starts to peel away. A borderline scam at this price really.

I bought this to make Detroit-style pan pizza, and it is perfect for the job. No sticking at all, and very sturdy. It's also useful for roasting vegetables.

Made a detroit style pizza for the first time and it came out perfect :D

I loved this at first and have had some great pizzas from it. However, despite taking really good care with it, preoiling before each use, no metal utensils, gently soaking to clean it etc, the non-stick coating has started to bubble up and flake off in many places. I'm going to have to throw it away now. Not safe and not worth the money.

Mine came with a dint right in the middle feels like bad quality compared to my lloys pan can only handle 250c which makes it useless for pizza ovens. Spend a little extra and buy a lloyds

This pan was exactly what I was looking for. Pizza cooks evenly browns to perfection and is easy to clean. Just be careful when washing and storing because it can easily get scratched

Huilé à reception + 10 ou 20 minutes de four comme preconisé (apres nettoyage soigneux et sechage) Et la pate que j'avais laissé poussé dedans s, plusieurs heures avant cuisson s'est detaché toute seule (les bords incurvés ont peut etre un peu aidé, mais le fond idem, rien n'a colé) c'etait une pizza en plaque avec une pate type focacia, donc avec deja un peu d'huile certes pas testé la facon detroit (un peu trop une avalanche de fromage et de gras en general à mon gout mais peut etre un jour) Les dimensions sont bien, juste la + grande largeur (avec les bords qui remontent vers l'exterieur) est un peu limite dans mon four ninja 10/1 (et ne passe pas de toute facon dans le 8/1)
