I bought the Pork King Good Pork Rind Breadcrumbs (Italian flavor, 2 pack), and they’ve quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Low carb replacement for bread crumbs in recipes.
Low Carb substitute to bread crumbs in recipes such as meat loaf. Recipe Egg Casserole: oven 350°. Brown a pound of breakfast sausage (with some diced onion & garlic, optional). Place in 13x9 casserole. Sprinkle with a little extra sharp cheddar and 2 TB seasoned Pork Panko. Add some jalepino slices, optional. Add a dozen slighty beaten eggs over that. Bake 20 min. Sprinkle top with 2 TB seasoned Pork Panko. Bake 10 more minutes or until eggs are done. Cut into 12 bars to eat during the week. Delicious!
