I researched the ‘purity ‘ of this item prior to purchasing. It’s essential to do this with all supplements because many supplements contain ‘ buffers’ fillers ‘ and other additives to bulk up the product and in most cases this produces a cheaper product. This product contains the purist L theanine as is possible. During research I came across this product purely by accident whilst researching Magnesium Bisglycinate - >what is it, it’s benefits , purity etc. -just to summarise : after doing my homework on ‘the global magnesium spectrum’ I have a much clearer understanding of how the body and brain works , age related deficiencies and how to identify possible deficiencies. I now take L theanine and Geek magnesium 3 in 1 together as they complement each other. I have more sustainable energy, less brain fog and feel different. I also take vitamin B 12 as well. It is paramount to do your own research and homework first to ensure you have a clear understanding about making the best decision for choosing the appropriate purest products that best meet your health needs. Google and AI on health and supplements and guidance is essential reading. Hardly any taste and you can also open the capsule into a drink if you have trouble swallowing them. Haven’t noticed any negative side affects.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic now and then, so I’m always a bit nervous trying new supplements. I’ve seen people rave about L-Theanine, so I figured I’d give this a go — especially as it also has lemon balm. I took it in the evening with a cup of tea. About 30–40 minutes in, I felt a bit calmer — nothing dramatic or life-changing, just like I could settle a bit easier. I can’t say for sure if it was the supplement or just the act of chilling out with some tea and YouTube, but something definitely helped. No side effects for me, and it didn’t make me drowsy or weird — which was my biggest worry. It just seemed to soften the edges a bit. I’ll need to try it a few more times to see if it consistently helps, but first impression is positive. Not a miracle pill, but it didn’t make anything worse — and for that alone, I’d say it’s worth trying if you're feeling wired or on edge.

Bought in a rush, without doing my usual research. Have now read Lemon Balm can interfere with Thyroid function and you shouldn’t take it if you are on medication for thyroid issues. No disclaimer on the packaging advising this - so I’d suggest reading some studies. You shouldn’t also take Lemon Balm long term without breaks. Probably best to grow your own Lemon Balm (safer) and just use a purely L-Theanine supplement. I think it might be helping as I clench my teeth when I sleep but with this I seem to sleep deeply and are less aware of issues. Early days though.

I have been on this a week now, I’m trying to cut down on bad drinking habits etc but as someone who has always struggled with horrendous anxiety it’s been difficult. These however have worked amazing! I take them when I get home from work 2 hours before bed and they help relax and sleep without relying on other things! 10/10 would recommend.

I've almost finished the bottle and I can't say I was too impressed with these supplements, I don't feel like they made any difference, unlike others which cost a similar amount. Other Weight World supplements are great, it could just be my body chemistry for this one!

The capsules are nicely presented. It’s one a day and easy to swallow. I ordered these because I read about the great benefits of L-Theanine. After taking on day one I noticed I was more calm and focused wow 🤩 so I will definitely keep taking these capsules. Definitely value for money and I highly recommend 😁👍

Just bought a replacement pot after finishing the last one and was shocked to find the recipe has been completely changed without it being clearly stated on the pot or in the photos on Amazon - i.e. a "New Recipe!" Sticker on the first image would have done the job! I ordered by clicking on the link from my previous order so wasn’t expecting to receive a different item so was confused when the capsules were white instead of green as they were previously. I also liked that these contained lemon balm to help with anxiety reduction but that has now been replaced with black pepper(!) and B6(?). It's made these completely unusable for me. Changing the formula but using their old listing to keep their reviews feels like the height of misleading advertising! This is a new product. Not the one that was previously purchased.

La tomo desde hace 6 meses y me ayuda mucho a dormir mejor. Es cierto que lo combino con glicina? Concretamente 3 g y con biglifinato de magnesio pero creo que lo que más he notado ha sido incluir la l-teanina
