So this is a long term review -- I am writing this review to help other buyers make an informed choice. While the front of the bottle is labeled as 'Cold-Pressed,' the nutritional label tells a different story. The presence of 'Added Vitamins A and D' is a clear indicator that this oil has undergone industrial refining. True cold-pressed oil retains the natural nutrients and vitamins of the seed and does not require synthetic fortification. Furthermore, the oil’s neutral smell, taste, and clear appearance are characteristic of chemically refined oil, not the authentic cold-pressed process. If you are specifically looking for genuine cold-pressed oil, be aware that this product appears to be mass-market refined oil using 'cold-pressed' as a marketing term. I hope the brand will be more transparent about their processing methods in the future.
