AmScope 40X-2000X Biological Binocular Compound Microscope with Mechanical Stage

lo compre para mi hijo, y esta muy contento, hasta un medico amigo nuestro dijo que era muy bueno.

This microscope is better than it looks in pictures, it's made of metal and has a perfect size to be used even by a kid. It seems to last a lifetime but it is not a professional equipment. It lacks the possibility to change/upgrade lighting system, (fine focus wheel slightly shifs the image*), condenser lens is slightly mis-aligned. But being reasonable, such claims could only be asked from a real pro. The objectives are really nice: sharp clear, bright, no colour aberations. Considering the limitation of lighting system, x40 and x100 ones cannot show their real value. In the first half an hour after opening the packet I was able to look in a drop of water (on a concave slide) from my fish bowl and saw jungle there. My 11 year daughter have a thrill of horror after seeing a metazoa (cyclop?) who's eating a little something. She had got fascinated and that's what I actually watching from this purchase. Don't look after 1600x, 2000x or 2500x but look after rack and pinion adjustment for condenser, darkfield condenser, coaxial coarse & fine focusing etc. Peace! P.S. *After a couple of days of using I observed that the little shift of image caused by the fine focusing knob it's no more visible, maybe it needed a little running...

je l'ai acheté pour mon fils de 7ans , c'est un peu difficile quand meme pour lui a pratiquer ,cela convient à partir de 12ans ,mais en très bon qualité ,content !

元々、顕微鏡は頂いた物（Do Nature STV-451M）があったんですが、プラスチック製なので、 ちょっとした振動で揺れて観察しにくい（下手すると酔う）、400倍の画質でもボヤケてピントが合わせずらい などがあって、個人的にはかなり奮発して購入。 子供の学習や趣味的に使うので、もう少し安いものでも良かったかもしれないんですが、 どうせなら高校くらいまで使えるものにしたかったので。 AmScopeというメーカーは聞いたことなかったけど、調べてみると、海外じゃそれなりに実績もあり、何よりコスパが良かった。 同社のB120C-Eの調光できるLEDは魅力的だったんですが、 カメラの性能があまり良くなかったので、お値段重視でこちらを選択。 コンセントプラグはアメリカ式の3穴タイプです。正しいのかは分かりませんが、私は細身のタップにそのままさして使ってます。 今のところ、特に不具合はありませんが、気になる方はアダプタを使った方が良いのかも！？ 顕微鏡は学校の授業でちょっと触った程度なので、絞りとかその他専門的なことは分かりませんが、 ピントが粗動と微動があるのですごくピントが合わせやすい。 高倍率にすると若干光量不足は感じるものの、ピントが合わせやすいので、ここで挫折することがありませんでした。 今回、プランクトンの観察を行いましたが、生きたままのプランクトンを観察するのに、メカニカルステージはすごく便利でした。 難点をあげるとすれば、 ・LEDライトではないので、ライトがすごく熱くなる→水分がすぐ乾いちゃう ・LED調光でないので高倍率だと光量不足を感じる（これは絞りの扱いで解決する？？） 私の場合は、その辺も承知の上で購入したので、特に問題はありませんでした。 スマホで撮った顕微鏡写真を添付しました。

Dotato di quatto diversi ingrandimenti, è un microscopio che permette di osservare il mondo microscopico in modo semplice ed economico. La visione i due ingrandimenti minori in offre una qualità davvero alta, che però scende se utilizziamo gli altri. Questo però non impedisce di osservare anche cellule del sangue e batteri che sono davvero piccoli (previa colorazione ovviamente). Non potrà fornire quei dettagli necesari ad un laboratorio, ma a cui un privato può fare anche a meno.
