I have taken this product for years and it has relieved my numbness and sensitivity to cold in my feet from diabetes. However I don't know what country the ingredients come from. I went online to Now and sent customer service and asked them if they could tell me. They will be sending me a reply within the next few days. Is there a way I can contact you to send their reply? I'm not quite sure once I hit the answer button from Amazon if I have any way to contact you again. I googled NOW Alpha Lipoic Acid and found customer service and sent them an email with your question. If I can't get back to you with their reply you could always contact them directly too.
