These work really great for indigestion. They have really helped my stomach discomfort. I have bought several bottles now.

Unfortunately, these tablets do absolutely meet or exceed the other comments of tasting terrible. However they do seem to help my gut feel better if I take two tablets in the morning and maybe one or two more later in the day. I struggle with IBS and celiac disease, and this overall helps all of my gut feel a little less irritated and so it can become less of a focus of my day. I will probably continue to use this part product regardless of the terrible flavor.

These gave me the grossest acid reflux. The swallowable pills are so much better

These taste okay when you first start to chew but they sort of gum up and have an awful aftertaste. I got them for my kids and they HATE them. I have managed to coax them into eating them anyway because I tell them that they are good for you. However, even with as awful as they taste, they work GREAT! I have tried them out on myself and I can eat a whole can of beans and have no intestinal irritation at all. My kids had trouble sleeping due to stomach issues and it has helped tremendously. I will buy them again...

My daughter has a sensitivity to gluten And dairy and these have been helping her tremendously and definitely going to keep buying these ! It says 2 before each meal but I give 1 for breakfast and 2 for lunch and 1 for dinner or also just depends if she’s having a gluten free breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Great product for digestion issues. I used to take a prescription drug for acid reflux, but now take this product, which has helped. Highly recommended by a friend, and worth a try.
