Q: Is this permanent once applied or does it require reapplication?

I applied about 1 year ago and still the same when first day applied

Q: Does this ruin the quartz countertop? I’m nervous to use it, but my quart is so dull

It worked out fine; the quartz didn’t get damaged.

Q: Instruction is not clear how to apply & polish the surface. Is any one have a detailed how to do such as using buffer machine?

Put on with dry towel waited 15 minutes and rubbed it in circular manner.
