So good, So Cheap.
Totally, TOTALLY, worth the money. Just got mine this morning. Free HomeDirect delivery and install (haha) with Amazon Prime. Since the thing doesn't have wheels, I was glad it came with delivery guys to get it upstairs. So far, I love it. The build quality is great, it looks VERY sharp, and sounds fantastic. I was a little worried about the relatively high (40hz) low end, but it plays notes so low and powerful, the door, windows, and blinds vibrate without me really hearing anything. Too cool. One thing-- I overlooked that it ONLY has 2x Speakon terminals in the back. Keep that in mind when your order this beast. Also, it doesn't seem to have a built in crossover network. If it does, DO NOT rely on it. I ran my Crown XLS1000 amp full spectrum, and the sub was not very happy with me. Keep it below 130 or so, and this monster is incredible. I will update this the first time I take it out to a gig! Enjoy!

OMG!
In the car world, there is no replacement for displacement. In the subwoofer world the same holds true. Using this with a Dayton SA1000 amplifier give my home theatre unbelievable low-end. In surprise car-crashes you'd swear you were there because you can actually feel the impact. I wanted a JBL Eon just because of the hard case, but the plate amp was designed for pro sound system use; the Dayton amp is made for home theater and the Behringer was much less expensive. Much, much superior to anything you would find in a retailer like Best-Buy. What I don't like? The carpet covering. To be fair, it was designed for a pro sound system that get thrown into the back of a truck daily. It IS built like a truck.

Performance for the price is amazing! Packaging/handling/longevity is not so good.
Pros: -These subs produce amazing bass at half the peak power (800 watts). I can shake the whole house! -Construction seems decent if you get lucky with decent packaging (see cons), but doesn't last over time. -Unlike the construction, the woofer itself seems to handle over time. -Price per performance is great Cons: -The packaging woes. Depending on how Amazon decided to store these and how UPS decides to handle them while in transit, you could be looking at demolished subs on the way in the door, or a perfect product. Behringer, please add some foam around the product so that it cannot easily be damaged! I bought two of these. One of them had the front grill pressed in, while another was perfect. For some reason the whole bottom of the box was wet and falling apart, not sure what was up with that (Amazon). -The handles are very awkward for those with medium-sized to large hands (think piano fingers). The handle nails into your hand when you pick up the woofer and leaves a nice mark on your hand after transport. -Construction is cheap and doesn't seem to last more than 2 years of light use. -Power handling is questionable, with a 400 watt continuous and 1600 watt peak, you have to be REALLY careful with your volume levels and songs. On many occasions I've noticed a burning smell by over-driving them. Maybe there's a way for the future models to handle higher RMS wattage Behringer? I'll update as times goes on and I actually use them. * Update #1 I was able to test the Beringer iNUKE NU6000DSP with two of the Beringer EUROLIVE VP1800S Subwoofers. The test environment was a full-sized high school gym with high ceilings. The system didn't have a problem filling up the room with sound. However, I was pushing the system fairly hard to make the sound loud. If I was requested to do perform at a venue larger than this gym, I might consider getting another pair. I'll update again with more information when I use it on a full on gig. *Update #2 Performed a gig within a medium-sized cafeteria with two of these guys. Keep in mind, I may be a tad bit spoiled with bass so I thought a second pair would have been awesome but not needed. I asked some of the people that were at the gig and they said they could feel the bass all the way behind the crowd of 350+ bodies. If that's not saying something about the power of these subs, I don't know what is. My last update will probably come when I order another pair and connect four of them in parallel to my iNuke NU6000DSP. * (Last) Update #3 After almost 2+ years since my initial purchase, I've had 2 out of my 4 subs develop a whining sound when playing (especially during high level base notes). Upon investigating, it would seem that the box is literally becoming loose over time. On one sub, one side of the box vibrates and makes the whining sound. If I put pressure on the side, the whine dampens quite a bit, and it seems likely that it would go away if I had another person to put pressure on the other side. It's a shame that the box construction didn't seem to hold up after a few years. Since the woofer is still kicking, I'll fire a few nails into it and see if I can reinforce the construction and update you all if that helps. After picking up a used VRX918S to add to my system, I decided to compare it with the VP1800s. By no means are the prices comparable with a new JBL being 6 times the price as this woofer, but I can tell you that the performance, construction, ease-of-use, and shipping all change with the price. Bottom line, if you're just getting into DJing and/or need a quick, cheap woofer to add some low-end to your system, the VP1800s won't disappoint. It's perfect in small to medium sized areas and so long as the shipping goes well, you'll get a decent balance of sound. Just don't expect anything close to the performance and sound power from higher-end brands like JBL.

BEHRINGER EUROLIVE VP1800S : good buy if deliver safe.
*****5 STARS for the Sub woofer and UPS delivery. Both Subs are intact and work well with Crown 1500 either direct or daisy chain connect right off the box. *****Its side is 20X20X25 inches: big heavy unit (100 lbs). I testing in small room with microphone on: sound good and no noise. ***** Worth the Money compare with similar 18'' size Subs: this setup is only $500 per pair. It will look good on stage presentation.

Base Came Broken
I bought two of these and one was packaged in original box and the other in a box that was not made for the subwoofer with so little packing inside the speaker broke and Amazon refunded my money. I do have to say that this speaker packs a great punch and the only part that was broken was the base which lets the airflow out which buckled under the weight of the speaker.

Bring the noise.
At $200, you can't go wrong with this sub. Crank it up, stand in front, and feel your innards shaking. Could use a 1/4 input, as it only has a speakon in and out. It probably doesn't deliver audiophile quality sound, but then again audiophile-grade comes at a much higher price, and audiophiles seem to hate Behringer anyways. Their loss. I read many reviews saying you can put a lot more than 1.6kW(peak) into these. So far I have tested mine up to 2kW, and while I would be very careful with anything above the rating, it runs fine. Just don't play any E40 or Knife Party above 1.6kW. I agree with what many people are saying: these have a very long throw. Good for letting people outside of your location know you have loud music inside, whether that means attracting people to your club or attracting the police to your party. The packaging is also very minimal. You get the speaker in a sealed plastic bag inside of a cardboard box with two layers of cardboard in the corners. There was a chip in the wood in one of the corners-it was chipped in a way that either had to be damaged before it was packaged or else there would a hole in at least the plastic too. However, it was small, unnoticeable, and did not affect operation. Mine also came with a free cockroach, which clearly didn't go through QC because the little guy was DOA. Also being prime eligible is a plus. Getting a package this big for free in two business days is a steal.

Unbelievable sound for the money
I am a Club DJ/Mobile DJ. Took this out on a gig a week after I got it (bought 2ea from Amazon). Was running it through a sonic maximizer and and 2 amp bridged @1500 watt each. One amp running left the other running the right. Subs were paralleled with my main cabinet speakers (right around 4ohms). The sound was amazing. Deep heart pounding bass coming out from 2 of these. They were comparable/equal to some of the sound systems at the clubs I have worked at. The value you get from these is unrivaled. Highly recommended.

good sub for money
On par with Devine onyx range good sound quality easy to use. Not very portable unless you have help. very good value for money. You should be aware you need a big enough amp to give real punch! Very good performance as not got built in amp and well-built but shocked by carpet on outside as got another of different make which has not got that. would just add it could have been done with dedicated wheel ports and corner protection but solid.

Amazing performance for the price range
Connected to an Alto Mac 2.4 & it sounds just beautiful paired with a set of Community XLT41s (500w 8Ω). Deep base (all the way down to 30Hz @ -6dBA, 40Hz @ -3dBA, compared with 60Hz-150Hz). Haven't noticed any unwanted resonance whatsoever at power up ~300-400w continuous. Best bang-for-the-buck in its class.

お値打ちでした。
20cm2発のサブウーハーのコイルが底打してたので、こちらのスピーカーに置換えたら、底打ちしなくなりました。 サブウーハーアンプの周波数調整でホームシアターには迫力充分で問題ないです。
