Easy to use and the results are great. Had some neglected tiles for over 25 years. Now that I finally finished the area I found the grout to be faded in many areas. I used the brown coloured pen and I am happy with the results. Odor was minimal and cleaning the areas where the colour went on the tiles was easy to clean with a damp rag. Granted my tiles were not porous.
