did anyone else's come with bubbles? if so how did you resolve this?

Dear Customer，
Is the sand blocked completely by air bubbles?
The sand slowly flows down through the crevices of the bubbles to form beautiful patterns.
If the sand is blocked by bubbles, you can slowly rotate or adjust the size and density of the bubbles to achieve the effect you want. 
At the same time, you can also use a needle tube to add or remove air to it to change the size and number of bubbles.
There is a small hole in the black circle, you can find it by looking carefully.
This requires plenty of patience, don't worry.

What gauge syringe do I need to use to adjust bubble/water levels?

Hello, I recommend you to use a 2.5ml or 3ml syringe. In addition, when extracting bubbles,add or take out very little at a time.

 If the sand flows quickly, the flow will end in a few minutes, while the sand flows slowly and will end in a few hours.
 The speed is determined by the degree to which the air bubbles block the sand.

Would have been nice if it came with instructions.  I have way to mant bubbles.  Please explain how to resolve this.

Thank you for your suggestion very much, we will upload the relevant operation video as soon as possible. I suggest you try the following
    1. Keep it vertically on the horizontal desktop and wait for all the sand to fall for at least 10 minutes.It is important to compact the sand on the bottom.
    2.Hold with both hands, tilt 90 degrees and shake horizontally left and right,make the large bubbles shake into small bubbles.
    3. Purposefully arrange the small bubbles in a straight line to block the sand, and then place it vertically, so that the sand can flow out of the bubble gap.
   4. In this way, a beautiful three-dimensional landscape is obtained.

Note: If it still can't flow down due to too many air bubbles, we need to draw out a little air with a syringe and try it slowly by ourselves. (Due to safety reasons, this product does not come with a syringe, you need to buy it yourself.)
