Over the river and through the woods to the festive all-family adventure! Julie and Sarah Thompson are heading for the Grandma's house, even though they don't have her address - or even permission to cross the street without a grown up! Mary Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen play the Thompsons in the charming Christmas odyssey, The girls stow away in a delivery truck driven by Eddie (J, Eddie Peck), a kindly man who patterns his life after Roy Rogers. The girls think that they're giving their overworked single mom (Cynthia Geary) a vacation from the stress of parenting, Instead they spark a madcap romp, including two light-hearted crooks (Rhea Perlman and Jerry Van Dyke) who claim to be Santa's elves, a ransom demand, a mother's love, a million dollar lottery ticket, pursuing cops, a would-be Santa and his reindeer and Roy Rogers-like heroics.

Love this movie! The acting isn’t great, but it’s so nostalgic for me, and my six year old daughter loved it.

I loved this movie growing up so I was excited Amazon had it for sale! My kids watched it and loved it as much as I did! Such a nostalgic feeling when watching this and the humor is the best! A must around Christmastime or any time :)

A fun family movie!
A fun family movie from Mary-Kate and Ashley! I've been looking for this film for quite a while and very glad to find it at such a reasonable price so I had to order a copy! The movie itself is great fun to watch with an engaging storyline and some great acting from a very young Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Perfect for fans of all ages!

Such a good film!
Loved this movie! Had watched in on tv years ago and have been looking for the dvd version available for my region (EU) for ages. Am so glad to have finally found a copy. Such a cute film which is suitable for everyone and something that everyone will enjoy. Definitely worth purchasing!!!
