Perfect potatoes
Perfect flavor,texture and super easy to .make . Have tried several other flavors from Idahoan and they were good but this is my favorite

Great for "In a Pinch" meals
These are actually great-tasting. A few years back, I used them for a few months with Pot Roast or similar before I told my husband what they were (potatoes in our stores really sucked back then). While we're not a fan of all the crazy preservatives and additives, they actually taste really nice- if you use a bit less water on the front end and add a bit more milk and pat of butter when stirring- even a handful of shaved Parmesan.

MINUTES TO MAKE
These packets of Mashed Potatoes are huge and when making them, it takes minuts to cook!!

Compostable?
The flavor is delicious. I've read that leftovers are not compostable due to the added ingredients to the potatoes.
