Is this knife full tang

Absolutely not these never are a full tang is normally evident in the handle but if it has a full guard not just a bolster its unlikely to be full tang

One of the reviews stated that the sheath received was not the one in the pic. Can you attach a pic of the actual sheath that comes with the knife?

The sheath I received was different, the bands around the center have snaps instead of a buckle, probably better overall since you have to undo them to remove the knife. Wouldn't let me attach a picture.

Is it Legal to carry in flight by checked in Baggage ?

You can check a knife in baggage that is loaded in the cargo hold, same as you can a gun, but with a gun there are special cases, no ammo, etc. I still haven't figured out why knitting needles are allowed as carry on, but that's a different thread, lol!
