What brand of essential oil is in the photo?

I don’t recall. But I do know that is not strong enough. I used my essential oil. By the way, the bottle is not real essential oil; it’s fragrance-cheap perfume. The machine is awesome. I also use the fragrance in those plug ins; I just remove the cap and pour it in the machine. I hope this helps you.

Does this unit emits some steam?

no it does not emit steam. Due to the nature of water evaporation, it does help to add a bit of moisture to the air

Can't go wrong with this

This is a lil jewel. Fill up to the water line, 4 or 5 squints of your favorite oil (Drakkar), or your favorite, and let the magic happen. Filter nasties out of the air, mine as even caught a few unsuspecting gnats. You will be amazed how much cleaner the air will be.
