Best barrette ever
So I am one of those people who has been shopping on Amazon regularly for many years - but never have the time, energy or inclination to write a review. This product changed that. I have thick, curly, frustrating hair. Barrettes never hold my hair, and I'm always disappointed and feel like I've wasted $$ on them. Not these! They are by far, the best ones I've ever used. The rubber coated under bar is the key. Brilliant idea.

Looks much, good for medium to thick hair
Good value for price. Looks nice. My hair is a little on the thin side, bit it's long so still works for putting hair in a bun, but I would need thicker hair to use w only one layer of hair.

Not good for thick hair
These clips are not good if you have thick hair. I did not even try to put a lot of hair into them and they would not stay snapped closed. Very frustrating and a waste of money for me. I think they will only work for very, very fine hair. I don't recommend for people with any other kind of hair. I purchased another brand available on Amazon at the very same time— don't think I'm allowed to say what the brand is—but they are just as wide, but thinner, more cute, same color scheme available, and most importantly, they keep snapped closed when I put my hair in them!

If you are looking for classy looking hair accessories these barrettes are for you! They look expensive and are well made. They will work if you have thick hair or even not so thick like mine! Great price too!

It is big n sturdy enough for thick hair.
