Can I use this in homemade lotion?

I’m not sure about that. If you normally combine a good quality oil to your homemade lotions then I would say yes. It has a lovely rose scent.

Hi can i use this on my lips?

I love it on my lip.....soft and moisturized. I put also on my lip let it set for a minute or to and wipe it off along with dry skin. Love the shine and use when I am not wearing lipstick with my face mask during corona virus. Got it from rose for 5.99 and ordering here for more!

could I apply a small amount to my body wash?

Not sure if it would disperse through the bottle or just sit on top. Depending on the body was it maybe create a leftover sludge feeling.
