I just ordered one can you not ship it in a bag please?

I returned my first one that was mangled and spoke to customer service for about half an hour to get a replacement & was promised it would come in a box... Came in the same damn bag.

Is this figure die cast or all plastic?

Current Transformers are not diecast, they are all plastic and actually the plastic since several Transformers lines is affected by the cheap hollow plastic syndrome or CHPS. CHPS turns yellow in no time, even right out of the box. It was common to see toys, particularly of white plastic to yellow after several years, like a decade or more but now they are yellowing even right out of the box. This is why this Starscream is on sale.

Well it said that i would be receiving my copy of the figure on Wednesday but i just received a message that it comes in today out for delivery?!
