Great idea for a product. I've seen a few reviews saying no instructions but worked it out myself pretty quickly. For anyone that needs to know, firstly there is a cap that needs to be removed to fit standard kingsize cigarettes in it, then to use it, I have found that sliding the slider into the filter first and then dropping a crush ball and sliding again to push the crushball into the filter does the job perfectly every time.

I love this little gadget, had it two years now and still working perfect. Quick and easy to use. Little tip is once the hole is punched in, tilt to the side when releasing a crush ball as helps it to dispense. Also always put the moisture bag from the crushball pack into the dispenser with the balls and it will help keep them fresh and dry.

The product isn’t very good and not worth the money paid, balls crush when being pushed into filter after making a pre hole for them and are not strong enough to withstand this, balls jam and don’t fall into the slot so have to shake to get them into place, hopper for filling is easy enough to fill and remove. Plunder usually damaged filter and installed a clean punch. I would waste your money on this and get another brand/dispenser However end on a high the flavour of the balls is very good 👌

I've had the original crushball dispenser and this one is far superior. The barrel is easily removed and can be wiped dry from any moisture. It's stronger and easier to pop the crushballs into it. I won't go back to the older model

Had this for about 2 years now. This is the best one I’ve had. Not had any problems at all with it. Easy to fill and easy to use. I have even had other people ask about it and they have bought it.

It is a great idea but the plastic container that holds the crush balls constantly moved up when in pocket or trying to put hole in so lost most of the balls . I would see if there is a way to stop it pulling out

Sturdy and can be oprated one handed (if your cat decides to take a nap on you)! No backup of click-balls yet, so 👍

Super, facile d'utilisation et facile à remplir les billes. J'ai acheté 2 fous celui d'aroma King et des qu'une bille s'expose le dispositif ne fonctionne plus. Mais celui I est plus souple à l'utilisation et parfait et moins cher.

Très pratique pour les utilisateurs de billes. Pas toujours commode pour s'en servir, il faut prendre le coup de main mais je le recommande tout de même
