These even taste good and give you energy. So far so good. Taking two day to keep up the energy and vitamin intake.

There are no synthetic vitamins in this. This contains high quality organic food based nutrition. Yes, dosage is not mega high but the genius is that it doesn’t have to be. Our bodies absorb more of the nutrients as they are food based and all natural, not lab created. I have more energy, that is sustained throughout the day.
