Of all the salts this is probably the healthiest. Only a tiny tiny amount is necessary. Everyone uses waaaaaY too much salt and there is great ignorance about the fact that sodium is naturally in most veg and other food stuffs as is sugar. When we add more it’s too much and the body becomes toxic and sends signals that get ignored or more stuff that does more harm gets chugged back. If you are familiar with homeopathics or aspirin the size is tiny and the effect big. Why would we expect a massive wedge of dessert or etc to not affect us too?

This salt is the cleanest source of naturally mineralized salt, deposited long ago when oceans were nearly pristine and uncontaminated. It is therefore also a product of consistent mineral content, dry and preserved. Mined in the USA, it doesn't need to travel a long distance to our individual locations within the States and for that reason, it comes at a great price. Do the research. It's sweet and healthy.
