Broke After Less than 2 Months of Normal Use: Update! They Contacted Me and Sent a Replacement
I installed this only once and torqued it to spec. The bolt heads strip very easily. Also, the rectangular washer snapped (see photo) under normal use. UPDATE: Thinvik proactively contacted me about this issue, refunded my purchase, and sent me a free trial for a newer version as a replacement to “make it right for you.” That was a very welcomed customer service move! I upgraded it from 1 star to 4. They messaged me that they are working on improving the quality of the product but that manufacturing defects sometimes happen that are out of their control. The responsiveness and concern of Thinvik was impressive. I will give their cleats another honest try!

Exactly like the name brand version (but less expensive)
I was looking for some cleats to put on my shoes to use with the new Peloton pedals. These are much cheaper than the name-brand version and are just as durable. I can't tell the difference between the two.

Not a perfect fit
These cleats don’t fit properly in shimano pedals. They started shifting around after a couple of rides, even after checking the tightness of the bolts.
