Absolutely must try!
Absolutely incredible coffee!! Smooth and delicious! Ordered the whole bean Sumatra coffee. I do not know how anyone can give this coffee a bad review. If you are on the cusp and not sure whether to try this coffee, do yourself a favor and try it! Highly recommend! I purchased the whole bean gift basket sampler for my husband and for my best friend as a Christmas gift and we loved All the flavors. Sumatra was our absolute favorite. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny. So happy I came across this wonderful coffee. Don't usually leave reviews ( at all) but felt I had to on this one...

My occasional go to, still too acidic most of the time
We love the flavor of this coffee in our house. I honestly believe that it has lower levels of toxins and mold. However, I don’t think it’s the lowest in acid. I suffer from acid reflux and this coffee is only moderately better from conventional coffee. It’s very smooth and it smells great, but I have to lay off of this particular coffee from time to time. It does make a good cold brew that tends to be lower in acid than brewing it with heat. I will continue to buy this, but I only drink it occasionally nowadays or as a cold brew.

Do not taste as a Dark Roast bean.
I purchased this product once to use with my coffe grinder. Did not like the flavor because it tasted as a Medium Roasted Bean, not Dark roastted.

Outstanding way to start the day!
We are pretty particular about good coffee. We like freshly roasted beans with great flavor. I have been a "coffee snob" for many years...long before it was cool. I would search out small batch roasters of quality beans and order. Sometimes I've been disappointed and have often thought of just roasting my own, but.... We have tried two JP coffees thus far. Personally, I like Indonesian Region coffees. I used to swear by PEETs Aged Sumatran. We don't have a PEETs where we live but recently visited family in San Diego and I purchased a pound while there. The coffee from PEET's has gotten quite pricey and just wasn't as good as I remembered. So, I was looking for good beans and found JP on Amazon...thought I would give them a try since the beans are organic, fair trade, etc....This coffee is now my GoTo bean for my morning cup of Java....Just ordered a bag of the Papua New Guinea to give that a try. It will be here Friday...I will have a cup or two Saturday morning. My wife is very particular on coffee having worked for and retired from a very large coffee company. She much prefers organic coffees to non-organic but likes to drink decaf in the afternoon so she doesn't get the caffeine. I suggested she try the JP decaf I found and she loves it. Thank you for some great Coffee Java Planet!....I highly recommend this brand/label for quality great tasting coffee.
