Review: Run, don't walk! - WOW. This rivals the best (non-gf) panettone I've ever had from Italy. I can't believe how similar this is to panettone with wheat flour. The texture, aroma, taste--all spot on and incredibly fresh. Melts in your mouth (as one would expect with panettone!). I never thought I'd be able to eat panettone again. Thank you, Vergani!

Happy to see this available again.
I wanted to purchase this item last year and by the time I got around to ordering they were unavailable. I was so happy to see it pop up again and purchased one. We really enjoyed it. Just ordered my second one. I was worried that it would be dry, but it was not. It is halfway between bread and cake, and we have enjoyed it both for breakfast and in the evening after dinner. Not too sweet, but sweet enough.

For gluten free, this Easter Panettone is the best we have ever eaten. Soft, moist, easy to eat, mild delightful orange flavor with pieces of candied orange in the cake. Superb. The cross design on the top and the cross shape of the Panettone just make it all the more special.
