In my experience this helps untie muscle knots in ways manual self-massage simply can't compete.I work in IT and my shoulders and neck get pretty bad over the course of a week. Over years I've got to the stage where manual massage and heat/ice just isn't quite getting the knots out. This wonderful device is a game changer!It accomplishes as much is one 30 minute session as several manual massages can over the course of two weeks. It's so easy to use versus manual massage too.It also works very well for taking knots out of other muscle groups, e.g. legs, which as a regular runner/walker I really benefit from. As with the neck/shoulders I can just use this once a week or fortnight to restore muscles to great condition in ways that manual massage really struggles to emulate.Highly recommended!

Easy to use, I Bought this for my wife. She was always saying about muscle pains stemming from work, but my guess is more so from lifting out toddler, chasing afree him and trying to be as active as possible with him. After using this for a few days she said that it’s really helped with tension and movement. I tried it briefly as I have an office job sitting majority of the day at a screen and this was great. We will most likely be taking turns to use it. So relaxing afterwards. With the different modes it’s a great buy for me too

This works great on my neck and back, I love the different options and levels. Easy to use and adjust when needed. Great quality and good performance. Good support for body pain relief.

The iSTIM EV-805 machine features four channels, allowing the simultaneous use of eight electrode pads. At first glance, the numerous buttons and wires might seem daunting, but in reality, it's quite user-friendly. My suggestion is to start by using 1-2 channels. Once you become more comfortable, you can utilize all four channels at once. This capability to relieve and train multiple muscle areas simultaneously is incredibly convenient. After workouts, I often experience soreness in multiple areas, and with this device, I can apply pads to both my knees and shoulders. The wire length is sufficient to place them anywhere on the body, as long as it's not prohibited. Remember not to place pads on the face or head.For beginners, I recommend turning on the device and pressing the MODE button until you see the "P" indicator. You can then choose from the preset programs P1 to P24, adjusting only the intensity. If you're already familiar with using such devices, the impressive aspect of this machine is that the pulse rate and width are adjustable, allowing for various modes and tests.I highly recommend purchasing this machine due to its powerful and convenient features. However, a drawback is that it is not rechargeable and requires four AA batteries. Fortunately, these batteries are included in the package, so there's no need to purchase them separately initially.

It is quite lightweight and very easy to use. Do read the instructions as there are places where you are advised not to use such as across the chest! I needed it to build up the muscle around my knee. It works well BUT I brought the battery operated one and the batteries last about an hour so make sure you have a spare set of 4 AA batteries. Also one month in the on / off button ceases to work. There is a covered plug at the bottom of the unit and when removed this shows a charging socket. I got on utube and found an american skit and that showed an input line. This may stop the battery run down.

It's early days and on first impressions when unpacking the screen had a few scratches, but overall looked immaculate. I have tried it once on my lower back and my hip muscles, and it seemed to help massively. I just hope it works on my mind back section where I get the most trouble. At over 50 you can't expect miracles just help to control the pain without medication, so hopefully I can revise this review in a few weeks with positivety. Update sent back literally made my mobility worse in the form of limping when walking

I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought another set for my parent.Little difficult to use and would benefit from a more clear instruction manual.the pads included are well made and comfortable - and still after 10 times of usage still able to stick to your skin.

The media could not be loaded. I just used the iSTIM EV-805, a cool gadget for easing pain and working out muscles. It's got TENS for pain and EMS for muscle repair, with lots of modes. Comes with 16 pads so you can target lots of areas at once. Just pop in the AA batteries, and you're good to go. Really helps with the pain and makes muscles stronger without any fuss. Great for long-term pain management and getting your muscles back in shape.
