Might these pencils be useful to add fine detail (ie wispy hair) to a charcoal drawing?

I don't use charcoal myself but these are fabulous and pretty close to flat black in tone with virtually none of the shine you usually get with graphite and less transfer (but still some). They are similar to Steadler Lomograph Mars Black ( also a really lovely pencil) but with deeper tones 10b, 12b, and 14b. I should think that you could use them for fine hair and the like.
