Highly recommend💯
The rug looks fabulous I really like it. It looks just like the pic Highly recommend this rug...... After a week of having my rug down in my living room . My living room is only "Partially" put back into place. Ive received several complaints on how nice the rug ties everything together. The rug is great, the price is excellent, its a quality made rug.

Chic, Durable, and Eco-Friendly – The Perfect Jute Rug!
I am in love with my nuLOOM 3x5 Rigo Jute Hand-Woven Area Rug! It’s the perfect blend of style and durability. The natural jute material gives it a beautiful, earthy look that adds warmth and texture to my space, but it’s also surprisingly sturdy. It feels well-made and can handle daily foot traffic without looking worn down. The hand-woven design gives the rug a unique, artisanal touch, and the neutral tones make it easy to match with any décor. It’s also surprisingly soft underfoot, considering it’s made of jute, and has held up well against spills and stains. I love the natural vibe it brings to my living room and the fact that it’s eco-friendly makes it even better. The 3x5 size is perfect for smaller spaces, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! If you're looking for a stylish, sustainable, and well-made rug, this one is a great choice.

Sheds
Didn’t realize how much it would shed. I’m constantly having to vacuum. Also, don’t buy if you have a robot vacuum. It is tearing up the edges. Pretty rug and great price but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Gorgeous, Natural, and Durable!
I couldn’t be happier with this jute rug! It adds the perfect touch of warmth and texture to my space. The natural fibers give it a beautiful, earthy look that complements almost any decor style—from boho to coastal to farmhouse. What really impressed me is the quality. It feels sturdy underfoot and has held up wonderfully, even in high-traffic areas. I was a little worried about shedding at first, but after a quick vacuum and some time to settle, it’s been virtually maintenance-free. I also love that it’s eco-friendly. Knowing that it’s made from natural, biodegradable fibers is a big plus for me. If you’re looking for a stylish, sustainable rug that’s both functional and beautiful, this is it. Highly recommend!

The smell is AWFUL and doesn't go away
Buyer beware - mildewed rug that smells up your whole house and absolutely ZERO customer service from NuLoom. Shipping was super fast and the rug arrived in 2 days. We opened it immediately and were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew. The rug seemed reasonably dry as we rolled it off the cardboard tube, but the tube was wet and disintegrated as we pulled the rug away. We hoped it would air out and that the smell was mostly from the nasty carboard tube. We hung it in a spare room, cracked a window, and placed fans blowing on the rug to air it out. After a week, it smelled even worse and we started noticing the smell in the hallway outside the room. We read the instructions on their website for addressing odor and per their directions put it outside in the sunlight to air out, bringing it back in at night. We gave up after few days and threw it in the garage and emailed customer service to request a return label and a refund. No reply, but after nearly 2 weeks of sitting in the garage - one week where it was below freezing the whole time, the rug FINALLY doesn't smell too strongly. We brought it back inside and put baking soda on it (also recommended on the website) then vacuumed it off. Will repeat a few times and hope for the best since it looks like we are stuck with this thing. 23 days after delivery and it finally smells okay enough to risk bringing it inside. The quality is just okay, not as nice as our first NuLoom which was a thicker weave - we LOVED our first rug, had it for years and only replaced it due to a friend's dog chewing off an entire corner. This one has chunks of wood woven in that we had to pull out - which left loose stitching areas. The seams are also jagged and only look good on one side, so it won't be reversible.

Not the greatest quality, doesn’t seem like it’ll last.
This rug doesn’t seem like it’ll last, which is unfortunate given the cost. After only 4 days there are multiple spots where the material ends are coming loose and sticking up (see photos). The finishing of the rug, where the jute coil attaches back to itself, isn’t done cleanly and looks clumsy (see photo). There’s one spot where there’s a small hole and the floor can be seen through the rug because the jute isn’t evenly attached to itself. A rug isn’t something that’s easy to lug to a store to return, so I suppose I’m stuck with it…for as long as it lasts, anyway.

What you're looking for!
Absolutely worth every penny. They exude earthy, naturalness that is so appealing in our modern world. The texture is ruggedly nice in that they are hand-made, but the fibers are soft and silky, and the construction is the finest. I have a synthetic (polyester) "jute" rug for the kitchen sink -- it's ok, but there's no comparison in what you're looking for with a real jute rug. I just love both my 4' square in the entry and my 4' round in a junction of 2 rooms and the hall. Gorgeous, beautiful. What you're looking for in bringing natural and nature into your home. I will definitely be bringing more into mine and I'm a Chinese sculptured wool gal!
