Not like expected

Size L was ordered, but size M was received. The item did not match the fotos on the amazon webpage. For example on the webpage the hat has airholes at the sides. The item received had no air holes at all. The brim might have been cotton, but the upper part did not look like cotton to me. I am doubting that the UV protection is 98% as advertised on the webpage. I returned the item.
