DEFINITELY THE BEST KETO PORRIDGE...
I've tried a few different keto porridges, and to be fair I've never been disappointed with any of them. However, this one is definitely the best. First, the taste is just superb. It's not exactly like porridge oats, but it's the closest I've come across. Secondly, it really is ultra-low carb. With other keto porridges I've tried the recommended portion size is normally around 25g, but with this it's 35g, which is much more filling, and yet the carb value is still less. Okay, I agree it's quite pricey, but it still works out at less than £1 per serving and for me, as a type-2 diabetic, it's worth it because it has very little effect on my blood sugar levels. It's what diabetics sometimes refer to as a, "guilt-free" food. I was interested to see that this formula contains chia seeds. When I saw those tiny, black flecks I was a bit surprised, but they do give the porridge a pleasant nutty flavour and a great texture. I've given all the keto porridges I've tried good reviews, but this will definitely be my go-to brand from now on. Very pleased indeed!

Too sweet
This is an okay alternative if you can’t eat oats for whatever reason. But it is far too sweet for me. I looked at the ingredients and will likely make my own version.

Keto porridge
Perfect porridge substitution for people following a keto diet. Great nutritional value, great taste. Easy to follow the instructions and mix them with water. You can both micro-wave them and also cook them on the stove the old fashioned way. Go well with water and milk (substitutes as well, so far I've tried with coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk and almond milk).

Absolutely love this product lovely alternative to oats tastes great with hot milk and added berries and even better when adding 2 tbsp porridge in a bowl with 100m water add Greek yogurt put in fridge and you have a overnight oats alternative

I bought this because I miss porridge. This is nothing like porridge. It has quite a slimey appearance and texture. I would not buy again. It is full of chia seeds more chia than porridge
