Much hyped product -- below average in reality !
This is a much hyped product. Overall, the product is below average.When you start sautéing the mutton marinated with this Suhana Mutton Biryani Mix, you get a somewhat acceptable aroma / flavor. Sauté the mutton for 1 minute (as instructed on the packet), close the pressure-cooker lid and cook for 25-30 minutes (here, the duration is important and not the number of whistles as the number of whistles may differ by brand / Model of the Pressure-Cooker). Once the steam cools down and you open the Pressure-cooker lid to complete the final steps of layering / covering / garnishing with rice / barista / mint etc., you will be shocked to find that the aroma / flavor you inhaled initially is almost completely absent now.In my opinion, the quantity of the mix for 500 grams mutton (as described on the packet) is too less.
