Dechra SPECIFIC™ FDD-HY Food Allergen Management Dry Cat Food 400g

My cat has IBD and needs hydrolysed food. This is far cheaper than getting it from the vets and the fast delivery is perfect for us.

Bought this as a sample on recommendation from my vet for my cat's IBD as other diets were not making a difference. It's too early to tell for sure if this will control his symptoms as he is currently on meds, but early signs are promising. He enjoys this food more than both his previous diet and the other diet suggested. I'm assuming he likes the scent too! I can't really smell it. I plan to use this for him ongoing, he also very much likes the wet food version. I wish it was a bit cheaper but it's worth it!

I have only been using this food a few weeks and it has changed my cats life. He has horrific skin allergies and has suffered for years. He will lick himself till he bleeds. This food is not recognised by his immune system so doesn't cause nah allergies. Day one his stomach settled, no more vomit! A few days later his skin started to ease and now it's almost fully healed! His urine problem has subsided and he's become a happy cat again! This has changed his life. My two dogs and my cat love the taste, they all want to eat it! I wish it came in more flavours, but I can't complain as my animals love it. Cannot recommend this enough for anyone who has a car or dog with skin allergies or an auto immune condition Five stars

I have two cats, one with digestive issues possibly related to protein allergy. She is on temporary strict diet of just these biscuits until I can start introducing other foods to work out what triggers the problem. Happily she loves these, and the other cat scoffs them too whenever he gets the chance.

Bought for my cat with sensitive skin. A but like rice crispies for cats. They loved it.

Cat loved it and comes in small bags so taste doesn’t diminish over time.

I cant personally speak for the flavour and the smell isn't too bad. But cat loves it so I guess that a big thumbs up!
