I am using my Black Diamond Medallion Coin Display Stand to hold a commemorative coin I received recently. Frankly, I had no idea this display stand would look this good when I initially bought it. It fits the coin I have in it perfectly and makes it seem to float inside the frame. I like this coin display stand so well that I have already bought two more for some Navy SCPO coins that I'm giving to friends and plan to buy another in the near future. This turned out to be a fantastic display option for a pendant - can you believe it? I was having trouble finding a way to display a very meaningful pendant I had in a non-traditional way. I found this display case and quickly went to work. I removed the plastic film it uses to secure the object inside as it caused a massive amount of glare, drilled holes in the top of the case that would allow the cord through while being snug, then drilled holes through the base to allow me to pull the extra cord through. This allowed the pendant to be displayed well and still be functional if needed! An unconventional use to be sure but I got exactly what I wanted!!!

This item is exactly as advertised, only better. It displays my challenge coin better than I could have hoped. It's incredibly easy to put together and very lightweight. My only complaint is that the cling wrap-like material used to hold the coin in place seems very fragile, and if it should break, the display would become useless. As long as you treat this item with care, that should never be an issue. Would recommend.

I got this to hold an old drink voucher for my favorite bar that closed down a few years ago. Effectively the product is great, but it feels very cheap, like something that shouldn't be sold for more than $10. Its all plastic, very light, and the film will absolutely be permanently damaged from any direct trauma. I imagine cleaning dust from it will be a very precise and delicate timely task. Also the hinge and lock are on opposite sides, so no matter how you position it, one will be visible on the top. The lock side also has "PUSH" written in very visible raised letters. I actually ended up wrapping the frame with vinyl electrical tape to hide the text. It really feels like something that should be $6 at most. Regardless, it does what it says it does. Just be sure not to put this anywhere it could be touched by anything.

I purchased this as a replacement coin display for a coin from Brazil. I accidentally broke the case the family gave me, so I had no way to preserve and display the coin. After a lot of searching online, I gave this product a try. I am extremely pleased with how good it looks. It looks exactly like the picture advertised except better in person. Quality is great and not flimsy, so I'm not concerned with it breaking. My coin doesn't slide around at all. I recommend giving it a try. It looks really cool on your desk or shelf.

I had purchased this for my wife in order to display her platinum poker chip from Fallout New Vegas. The design is simple, but it has a modern feel to it. It holds the chip firmly in place and looks great on the mantle. It's great for a single large coin or medallion, or maybe even some smaller coins like indian heads and mercury dimes. Simple, effective, and attractive. We love it and my wife is happier for it to protect her chip and have it displayed.

This is a really neat item. We bought it to store our son's Eagle Silver Dollar. We thought it would be nice to not only protect it so it didn't get lost, he could have it on a book shelf for display. It's really a nice inexpensive way to store or display a coin. It's easy to use and what we most liked is the back is clear so you can see both sides to whatever you are displaying.

Made of plastic. Smaller than expected. Quality like you would find in a “dollar store”. More of a hassle to return than to just keep it. It is fine for a novelty case but I wouldn’t recommend it for any high-quality showings.
