I mean, it's a charger. You plug it into your laptop and it charges it, nothing particularly special about it. It doesn't get too hot and it's not super cool at all times either, but that's just chargers in general. If you need a new charger, don't be afraid to buy this one. It's fine.

they do not last long. Parts of it get stuck inside the jacks part where it should come out and it doesnt. This is my 3rd one for my son.

Charger works great for my acer nitro 5. Too bad I still need another laptop come windows 10 EOL.

Does not work. I tried it on another laptop, and tried other chargers on my own. The other chargers work, this one doesn't even register as having been plugged in. Edit: Had a replacement shipped, it also doesn't work. That's two chargers in a row that are completely dead.

The original Acer power supply lasted 37 months. This one didn't state it's for PC, but it shows the relevant details in the pictures which matched the original adapter. This lasted 26 months, and now I'm buying another one because of the price, prime delivery and satisfaction with first purchase. Just be sure to look at the original one, make sure the plug end is that purpley pink color and the wattage and all the other numbers on the unit match. Laptop generally doesn't use 135 watts, and using wrong wattage can ruin your motherboard!

The first one died after only about 6 month, but I contacted the seller and within a few hours they offered an apology and a replacement, completely hassle-free, which was great. One thing to note is that this charger, even the OEM version, has pretty stiff wires - these are probably slightly stiffer (but the product is also less than half the price) so you'll have to be relatively careful. Try and keep bends in the cable very minimal, especially near the connector (I'm talking like 30 degrees max for best results, based on my own experience). Again, this isn't a problem with this brand, it's a problem with the charger model in general, including the OEM version, so if you have a device which needs this charger, you might as well buy from a company with great after-sale service and just be aware of the product's limitations.

Perfect! Works great! Hasn't stopped working or died like what happened in other reviews, it charges fast and it shipped very fast! A life saver after my cats chewed my other cord.

Nice to have an extra cord for travel rather than dismantling my desk setup

The item that was shipped worked, however, it came with an incorrect 220 outlet plug! This plug is not compatible with North America! Fortunately, the old plug from the original power supply fit in the new power brick which allowed it to be used. It should have been shipped with the correct plug! This is and oversight by the seller. Check yours!
