Joe Gibbs Driven Racing Oil 00114 BR 15W-50...
The Engine Machine Shop I use insisted on "Joe Gibbs" break in oil. It is expensive but, evidently, worth the price! The 283 CI Chevy Engine will be installed in my 1955 Chevy Series 2 pickup tomorrow!

Great oil for engine break in
One of the better break in oils out there. This was recommended to me by a machine shop that builds racing engines. You pay a little more money than some but the results are worth it.
