Helps with bloating
I bought this product on a whim, after all the viral TikTok videos about Berberine. I did not lose weight using this product however, it does help with bloating and if you have issues going to the restroom, this will definitely regulate you.

Great supplement
I use this as alternative to metformin. My doctor recommended I try after I told her I didn't like the side effects of metformin. Works great. My A1C is controlled and at the same level it was with taking metformin. Would recommend this.

First time for me to try Berberine. I don't have any particular health issues but I wanted this for improved metabolism and weight loss. The ingredients list is super simple with nothing artificial. There's 120 capsules for a 60 day supply. As of this review, I have been taking this for about six weeks. And during this time I was able to lose about five to six solid pounds. Also my energy level is consistent and I get less tired or drained at the end of the day. And during this time I did not experience any adverse effects.
