Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch (128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 2016 Model - (Renewed)

I purchased this renewed iPad Pro 9.7" mainly for reading and light work, and I couldn't be happier with it. The device arrived in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or dents. It honestly looked much better than I expected for a refurbished product. The screen is bright, sharp, and still looks amazing even by today's standards. Videos, websites, and apps all display beautifully, and the size is perfect for carrying around without feeling bulky. The 128GB storage is more than enough for my apps, photos, and downloaded content. Setup was quick and easy, and everything worked right out of the box. The battery life has been solid for everyday use too. For the price, this is an incredible deal. If you're looking for an affordable iPad for school, travel, entertainment, or everyday use, this renewed iPad Pro is definitely worth considering. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for premium Apple quality without paying premium Apple prices.

If anything changes, I'll update the review later.] I've had both good and bad previous experiences buying refurbished/restocked items at Amazon and elsewhere. It's a risk, and I always make sure I have the option to return the item. This time, it appears I've lucked out, in a VERY good way. I should note that I purchased from the seller "Prime Mobility" and can't speak to whether other sellers are as good. I chose this seller based on the number/percentage of previous positive reviews. I debated whether to buy this iPad Pro via Amazon Renewed. I was a little worried about some of the problems previous buyers mentioned in negative reviews (for all sellers). But in the end, the HUGE cost savings were worth possibly being inconvenienced by needing to return a bad item. I bought the iPad Pro 9.7" with the additional cellular functionality AND the 256GB hard drive. These same specs currently cost $700 through Apple's official Certified Refurbished Program (and they don't have the Space Gray color I wanted). I was able to get it here for under $400, which was insanely low and worth the risk. The item arrived in a generic brown box (not Apple-branded), but was very professionally packed and protected. I didn't know what to expect, but honestly was really, pleasantly surprised. If I hadn't known it was sold as refurbished, I wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't new. It didn't look just acceptable or good: it looked actually brand new, as if I'd gotten it from Apple. No scratches, dents or even dust/fingerprints. It's fully possible this was an Open-Box item that has never been used, and was just repackaged. It even came in the same custom, form-fitting plastic packaging sleeve Apple uses, which increases my hunch it's never actually been used. Maybe I just got lucky, but I'm not complaining. The ONLY small negative was that it came without any initial charge, and a correct but unimpressive third party charger, but that's NOT a big deal if you're saving over $300. When I placed my order, I'd also spent $15 on a very high quality Anker charger and cable, so was prepared, and just charged it for a couple of hours before set-up. Reviewers complaining so much about the chargers need to realize how cheap good replacements are, and that this is a very small matter compared to the massive savings on the tablet. You should always have an extra charger anyway, so just buy a couple of good, cheap spares. Setting up the tablet has gone perfectly, and I had no trouble updating to the newest iOS, using the fingerprint sensor, setting up wifi or installing my cellular data SIM card. Everything seems to work perfectly (I checked every function to be sure), and it runs like an iPad straight from the factory. For all intents and purposes, I now have a a tablet indistinguishable from a NEW iPad Pro or a certified refurbished one from Apple. I'll update this review if any problems arise in the next month, but so far the item has me confident this won't happen. I'm very glad I took the risk of buying this refurbished/renewed, and was able to get the tablet for a huge discount.

I am a very discerning and quality conscious person so I was pleasantly surprised by the overall refurbished / renewed condition / quality of this iPad. In terms of function I have nothing to add or take away. It is as if it was a factory new item. Screen is mirror like and the shell is unblemished. It functions as it should and came ready to be set up. The battery was not fully charged but it took no time to recharge with the included charging accessory and so far it has held the charge. At this time I cannot say anything about battery condition as I can't seem to find the data on the percentage battery life used. For the price and in my opinion I think it is well worth the purchase.

I purchased a refurbished iPad Pro from this seller with high expectations, especially since my previous experience with a refurbished iPad (from another purchase in 2018) was excellent. Unfortunately, this time has been very disappointing. The device arrived with minor cracks, which I reported immediately. The seller refunded $30 for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, after using the iPad fewer than ten times (mainly for my son to play chess), it suddenly stopped working. When we took it to a diagnostic center, we were told the motherboard was dead. This happened despite the device being handled with care and barely used. I understand refurbished products can have limitations, but a premium device failing so quickly is unacceptable. Returning it from India to the US is not practical, so I feel stuck with a non-functional product. Pros: ✔ Prompt response and partial refund for initial cosmetic issue. Cons: ✘ Device failed within weeks of minimal use. ✘ No practical resolution for international buyers. I hope the seller improves quality checks for refurbished products. This experience has left me very disappointed.

I purchased what I thought was described in the title, an “ Apple iPad Pro 9.7-inch (128GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray) 2016 Model - (Renewed).” I however slowly figured out over the course of the last few days that this was not what I received. The first thing I noticed was storage. I bought the 128gb because it seemed to be affordable and I figured that would suffice for day to day work. I opened up settings and under storage it proudly said “59.4 gb,” which means that it is 64 gb with the operation system. This upset me quite a bit, because I looked around for the best option, and the 128 gb is more, which is what I paid for. The next thing I noticed was that it did not come with an actual iPad charging adapter. Using a third party charger would not normally bother me in the slightest, however after research I found that an iPad requires a 12V 2amp charging adapter. The one I received was 5v 1amp, which many say is not good for the iPad battery. The last bit of misleading information I discovered today, when the case I ordered for the iPad came in the mail. I purchased a case for a 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The case was too small for the iPad, not because of anything wrong with the case, but because the iPad was not actually 9.7-inches. I looked in settings again to find that the iPad was actually the 10.5-inch 2017 model. I do not mind having a slightly bigger product, nor do I see 64 gb as enough, but I was highly disappointed to see how falsely advertised this was. The storage on the tablet was half of what I had paid for. The iPad itself functions very well and is a wonderful product because Apple almost never disappoints, but customer service is very important to me, and part of that is getting what you paid for, which is what is advertised. I am ready to change my review pending a response to the message I sent to the seller. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and was very helpful in resolving things. Great people, great customer service

It works really well. Works as good as a computer to do everything you want. This makes the fourth one that I have got. Thanks for always having what we need.

I was on the fence whether or not to buy a new IPad and I’m glad that I didn’t . Since I don’t need it for video or audio production, this little machine does everything I would need a portable device to do. I have an IMac that I use mostly when at home, but to be honest I could live without it now that I have this thing because it does plenty. I use it for Facebook, ITunes, YouTube, Pro Create, Apple Notes, Apple Books, Audible, Mail, Messages, Netflix, Safari, some Online shopping apps, zynga poker and some other games. I have the refurbished Logitech Create Keyboard with smart connector and Gen 1 Apple Pencil. That’s It. Battery life is outstanding considering it’s used to run the backlit keyboard and charging Apple Pencil, I would say the battery is life pretty close to a new one. I can use this on a full charge for at least 6 hours and that’s all that I can take for one session anyways. The screen is perfect size for me until I use it for split screen mode which isn’t very often where the text gets pretty small with some Apps. The speakers sound impressive and there are 4 of them, which is noticeable sound experience while the tablet is upright when using the keyboard stand. The pencil is functional when using keyboard for easy reach to onscreen buttons and it’s awesome to draw and write with when using procreate and apple notes. So in summery, If you only need to use a tablet for everyday things and sitting on an airplane or coffee shop, Save yourself some dough with this one.

Me gusto que llegó el tiempo indicado. Viene en perfectas condiciones, no trae rayones ni golpes y en las especificaciones de la compra era de 128g y llegó de 250 g. Lo único que noté es que la pila como que se consume muy rápido pero la seguiré probando estos días 😊

Fantastic product

Ipad came in excellent condition with 84% battery health, however there mustve been an engraving lasered off the back because there’s a little square where the engravings go and the oleophobic coating on the display was removed presumably to give the display a new look but this means its nearly impossible to clean, a screen protector remedies this and for $250 totally worth it
