Don’t worry about the print shadowing, it only shows up that way taking a iPhone picture—not that enchanted in real life, not distracting. I would recommend purchasing this Bible- great price point of $21. The color is a deep shade of purple giving it a hint of purple. Absolutely love this Bible! The embossing is beautiful, it’s not leather, but still so beautiful. The personal size is perfect for carrying to church or book bag. One of the best presentations of the Bible in a long time!
We buy a ton of bibles, some premium Bibles for our own collection and others as gifting Bibles. At the recommendation of a blogger we trust, we purchased this Bible and I just have to say, we are blown away by the quality, readability, durability and beauty of this Bible, and at such a great price point. Things I like: -Sewn page binding for long term durability. -Two bookmarks -Color drop caps to separate sections. -Book introductions. -Great paper with an easy to read typesetting. It's an uncommon value and quite frankly one of the most beautiful ones we've found. I believe the presentation and features will keep you in the word longer, draw you in, and as such, connect you more fully with the word of God.

Stunning Bible!
This Bible is absolutely stunning! From the gorgeous vibrant purple cover, the gold gilded pages the beautiful monogrammed chapter headings and the words of Christ in red, this Bible is “the one”! The font is large enough for these tire 63 year old eyes and it has 2 beautiful ribbon markers, one in purple and the other in a deep red. I do not find the pages too thin, but then again I love the feeling of delicately thin Bible pages. This Bible’s pages are not that thin, I don’t see printing bleed through on the pages. It has a nice presentation page and beautiful maps in the back. This Bible is everything I wanted and so much more! It feels good in my hands and the compact size makes it easy to hold. It sounds crazy but I find myself hugging it to my chest like a faithful friend. I find great comfort in this Bible and the words within.

Royal purple plus
This is a lovely Bible to look at, hold, and read. The font is a bit smaller than I anticipated but still clearly readable. The color saturation in the graphics could be intensified, but that is a personal preference and not a drawback. Had read a review about thinness of pages so knew that might be an issue, and it would be to a degree if one were to be taking notes in it. Plus, the thumb index helps to guide without having to flip through the pages to find the right scriptures. This is a Bible to keep unblemished as it is aesthetically and tactile pleasing. Overall, quite satisfied and would recommend with confidence.

Beautiful Bible
This is a lovely Bible. The gold sides give it a really elegant look, and the size is perfect for everyday use. It feels nice in hand and I like that the words aren't small. I’m very pleased with it overall.

Perfect.
It arrived safely and on time. It is absolutely perfect. I bought the thumb indexed version and it came just like that now I don’t have to buy markers for each chapter. It’s perfect. I love it so much! You should buy it. I also love that the covers of the bible aren’t strong but are flexible and bendable, in my opinion this makes it more durable and able to carry it around easily without fear it breaking. I love the colour purple that it has. It’s a deep dark purple. It’s an amazing Bible. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful bible
This is my very first bible and it is absolutely stunning!!! It isn’t missing Matthew 17:21 either which apparently a lot of new bibles don’t have.
