Hi these are 500 grain arrows and are not regarded as heavy I've brought around 100 of these for using with my compound bow set at 60lbs without any issues

R these ok for crossbow and if yes or no advise me on best crossbow adult beginner

You would need smaller size for a crossbow from 16 inch upto 22 inch depending on the crossbow , A good starting crossbow would be a recurve and a brand like panther or a jaguar

Can you use these to aim at round straw target

I use them on a compressed straw target without any issues.
