Does this work as an Air Fryer as some of the more expensive brands/ models are called?

It doesn't have an Air Fryer setting per se, but because of its high wattage (1800w) and convection/speed convection settings, you can achieve the same/similar results as air frying (don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, I've had this oven for almost two years, used it for "air frying" a ton and have been very happy with it.) I would absolutely recommend getting some baking sheets with wire racks (like these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XZZ3P6F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) to cook things in general (the racks provide for better air circulation) and if you want, a specific fryer basket (like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09HJNG8NJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.)

What are the interior dimensions? I see that it comes with a "9x13" pan, but can a standard quarter-sheet pan fit inside of it (9.75"x13.56")?

Yes, the qtr sheet pan fits. I have 4. A 9 x 12 without handles fits perfectly. My 10” cast iron frying pan fits. Use the 9 x 12 pan as a gauge. I baked a huge casserole of Mac n Cheese. I use this oven almost exclusively.

I bought my first cuisanart from Amazon.  Loved it!  I left it plugged in (for a year) and it stopped working.  Left it unplugged for a day and then it work but I had an electrical smell. Called Amazon and they said to return it due to smell. I paid no shipping.  I bought another one (wanted digital) but mistakenly bought the deluxe by mistake. Too small.  Called Amazon and they took this one back.  Now I’m buying this larger digital.  Love the no-hassle returns with Amazon and only convection/air fryer w/3yr warranty.  They’ve been around a long time!
