Great product, have used this suppliment for years.
I have been using these vitamins for years now, They are great. I love that they are a whole food and they have a ton of other healthy ingredients. The pills are solid and a bit large, but so far for me it is doable. I can take these on an empty stomach because it is a whole food it does not bother me like other vitamins did.

Double check the dosage
I love this product, but the last couple of times I have ordered, they switched me from 1000 IU to 5000 IU depending on whether I ordered 60 or 90. I take two capsules a day and didn't catch the mistake I made. I have been taking 10,000 IU instead of 2000 IU. My D levels should be sky high.

I have nails again!
Not due for labs for another month. My nails are growing again, are shiny and thicker. The nails were shredding off before I switched to this product. So far this is a winner! I figured out that synthetic D3 and I didn’t get along. Glad I found this natural one! Wish they made a D and K combo

Works As Advertised
This item works like a dream. The seller was courteous, sent the item out extremely fast, and it came to me in no time. It is exactly what I was looking for as far as natural vitamins go. As the world knows, mass produce vitamins often have all the negative dangerous items within it that would negate the positives that a vitamin would have.
