Extremely happy with quality and amazing price. It does fit a 1L and 1.5L glass beverage container. However I use it as a drumstick storage for my drum set. Its about 1/2 the price than purchasing a drumstick holder. I know most people will purchase this as a beverage holder. So I will have to say that the quality is very solid. However, if you drink out of GLASS containers as opposed to PLASTIC, keep in mind the bottom is made of MESH, which does not offer significant padding for a glass container. If you are at home/office, this might be sufficient, but if you are hiking/traveling, the padding may not be enough and your glass container might shatter if you are not careful. I purchased the version with the plastic carabiners. They are thick and seem to be of good quality, but they are plastic.... their lifespan might not be long if you are rough with them. Im not sure I'd trust them if you are RUNNING with a 1.5L glass container filled with water. However, if you use the straps with the snap buttons, additional to the carabiner, this will probably be good enough. If you use plastic water bottles, this is probably more than strong enough to run around with. The plastic carabiner can always be replaced with a metal one. You can definitely trust the canvas, and the stitching. It seems very sturdy

This is smaller than described, but worked well in my case (barely) so I’m still happy overall. I’d say the opening is 3.5” and the height is about 8.5” — it fits my bottle well, but just barely and my bottle is less than 3.5” in diameter as pictured. The snaps seem secure and we’ll see how it lasts over time but seems decently made. Fits my 40oz Coleman water bottle perfectly attached to my camera bag.

These water bottle holders and accessories have been really helpful. I have a non-tactical pack that was perfect except for the missing holder, and this versatile molle system attached it securely to the straps and loops. The other accessories helped to hold it on and can support other attachments besides. The snaps pop off during heavy use, so I don't plan to run with the pack, but it worked getting my water bottle through the airport, hiking, and other activities.
