I have no idea how this works, but it sure does. I have a cupboard filled with other sprays and shampoos that work 50%.. but nothing compared to this stuff. AND it's ok to use on face which is a huge bonus. I have used on many times of skin issues with my 5 dogs and even on myself (altho says not for humans) I have fibro and often rashes etc.. and this helps heal. A M A Z I N G stuff.. a lil pricey but u will use less.
